By downloading, installing, or using FindIn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

FindIn is a dating and matchmaking application that allows users to:

• Create and manage a personal dating profile
• Discover potential matches based on location, preferences, and compatibility
• Like, match, and connect with other users
• Exchange text and voice messages with matched users
• Access premium features through in-app subscription plans

FindIn is designed exclusively for individuals seeking genuine romantic connections and relationships. The App may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or non-personal purpose.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FindIn
• By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Individuals who are registered sex offenders or have been convicted of a sexual crime are strictly prohibited from using FindIn

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected]
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Only one account per person is permitted; multiple accounts are prohibited

3.3 Profile Authenticity

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information on your profile
• Your profile photos must be genuine, recent photographs of yourself
• You may not use photos of other people, avatars, stock photos, or AI-generated images as your profile photo
• Impersonating another person ("catfishing") is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
• You must keep your profile information, including age and photos, up to date

By using FindIn, you agree not to engage in the following:

4.1 Prohibited Content

• Post or share sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content of any kind
• Share content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share content involving minors in any romantic, sexual, or inappropriate context
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
• Share false or misleading information about yourself or others

4.2 Prohibited Behavior

• Harass, stalk, bully, or intimidate other users
• Solicit money, gifts, financial assistance, or sexual services from other users
• Engage in prostitution, escort services, or any form of sex work solicitation
• Promote or advertise cryptocurrency schemes, fraudulent investments, or pyramid schemes
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the service
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or technical restrictions
• Use mock location services or other deceptive means to falsify your location

4.3 Commercial Restrictions

• Do not use FindIn for commercial solicitation or advertising without written authorization
• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest user data or profile information
• Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the service

5.1 Subscription Plans

FindIn offers optional premium subscription plans ("FindIn Premium") that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then

5.2 No Refund Policy

All purchases made on FindIn, including premium subscriptions and any in-app purchases, are final and non-refundable. We do not process refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
• Unused subscription time after cancellation
• Failure to find a match or achieve a desired outcome on the platform

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on FindIn. By posting content, you grant FindIn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including profile display and matching features.

6.2 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Standards, without notice or liability.

6.3 Reporting Violations

Users can report content or profiles that violate our policies through the in-app reporting feature. We will review all reports and take appropriate action. Reports are reviewed confidentially.

FindIn and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The FindIn name, logo, and branding
• App design, interface, and functionality
• Code, software, and matching algorithms

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of FindIn's intellectual property without written permission.

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

FindIn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome by using the App.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or emotional distress.

8.3 User Interactions and Meeting in Person

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. If you choose to meet someone from FindIn in person, you do so at your own risk. Please review our Safety Tips before meeting anyone offline. FindIn strongly encourages users to meet in public places and inform a trusted friend or family member of their plans.

8.4 Emotional Well-being

Dating can be emotionally challenging. FindIn is not responsible for any emotional distress, rejection, or psychological impact resulting from interactions with other users on the platform. 9.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, our Community Standards, or applicable law. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods.

For severe violations — including catfishing, explicit content, solicitation, or illegal activity — we reserve the right to act immediately without prior warning and to pursue civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

9.2 Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Deletion does not entitle you to any refund of unused subscription time.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use FindIn immediately ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period upon termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FindIn shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of India, except where prohibited by applicable law.
